In April, a group of 4 members led by director of City Construction Ministry of Sri Lanka visited the monastery.

A group of 20 members of Vietnam Buddhist touring group visited the monastery.

The monastery performed a ceremony of Bathing Buddha Festival and delivering lanterns and gave a donation to Shanghai Foundation for the Aged and set up “Jue Qun Developing Buddhism Funds”.

In June, the monastery performed a ceremony of Three Conversions and Five Precepts with nearly one thousand participants.

The first lady of Kirghiztan visited the monastery.

In July, Eminent Master Wu Ming from Taiwan visited the monastery.

The deputy commander of Thai Police Headquarter visited the monastery.

A press delegation of 4 members from Slovakia visited the monastery.

In August, a delegation of 49 members from Chinese Branch of Japan Nissho Kosei Association visited the monastery.

More than thirty members of Shanghai Municipal Political Consultative Conference came to the monastery for inspection.

More than 30 graduate monks of the year from China Buddhist Institute and other 5 Buddhist colleges came to stay in the monastery.
